Passed away on Monday 3rd January 2022 at the Florence Nightingale Hospital, Derby, aged 76 years, with her family by her side. Jackie fought hard and died peacefully. The funeral service will be held at the Caernarvon Chapel, Bretby Crematorium at 2.15pm Monday 17th January.
